Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will send the correct product and arrange return of the incorrect item at our expense.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, the order may have already been processed for shipment.
