Description

PNC-27 is a synthetic peptide containing a p53 C-terminal-derived sequence linked to a membrane-penetrating domain, designed to selectively target cancer cells expressing HDM-2 on their surface. This 10mg lyophilized preparation is manufactured to ≥99% purity and verified by third-party HPLC analysis.

Studied in research models for its selective cytotoxicity against tumor cells while sparing normal cells, PNC-27 is utilized in protocols investigating cancer cell membrane disruption, HDM-2/p53 interactions, and selective anti-tumor peptide mechanisms.
